In this post, we will see how to change theme and accent color in Expression Blend. It is simple and easy. Lets take a look...
 
1. Open Expression Blend and create a new Blank Windows Phone Silverlight app. After creating, you will see in the top left side of the screen "Device Tab". This tab is basically used for applying different accent color and other device settings.

 
2. To Change Theme of the app click on the device tab. And you can change it from light to dark and vice verse.
 3. Now to Change The Accent Color you can go to the resources tab in properties panel and select Phone Accent Brush. If you want to change the accent color you can change it from device tab.
